The service
ReqCue helps you request documents from your clients, collects them through a secure link, and reminds your clients about anything still outstanding until everything arrives.
Your account
You sign in with an email address you control. Keep access to that address secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
You're responsible for what you send through ReqCue and for having a lawful basis to ask your clients for the documents you request.
Plans and payment
Free covers 3 active clients and costs nothing. Pro costs $8 per month or $72 per year and covers 50 active clients. Business costs $19 per month or $180 per year and covers 250 active clients. Every plan is a single account.
Paused and archived clients don't count towards your limit. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free.
We never delete your data because you downgraded. If you have more active clients than Free allows, everything stays exactly where it is — you simply can't make another client active until you pause or archive enough to get back under the limit.
Document retention
ReqCue is for transferring documents, not storing them. Uploaded files are deleted 14 days after a request completes on Free, 180 days on Business and 90 days on Pro. The record of what was received stays in your history.
Download anything you need to keep. We are not your archive, and we don't undertake to recover a deleted document.
Acceptable use
Don't use ReqCue to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email
- Collect documents you have no right to ask for
- Store or distribute unlawful material
- Attempt to access another account's data
- Probe, scan or overload the service
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep ReqCue running and to send reminders on schedule, but we don't offer a service-level guarantee. If a reminder doesn't go out, the request and its link stay valid and you can follow up yourself.
Liability
ReqCue is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use ReqCue after that means you accept the change.
