Questions about billing
- What counts as an active client?
- Someone you are currently collecting documents from. Paused and archived clients don't count against your limit, so a seasonal client can sit out of the way until you need them again.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep every client, every request and every record — you just can't have more than the Free limit of active clients until you pause or archive a few.
- Do my clients pay anything?
- No. Your clients never pay, never sign up, and never see a price. They open a link and upload.
- Is there a per-client or per-document fee?
- No. The plan covers a number of active clients and that's the whole bill.
