Your clients' documents, handled carefully

You are asking people for bank statements and payroll reports. That only works if both of you trust where they land.

256 bits of randomness. Revoked the moment you cancel.

Six things that are true of every document you collect

Documents are stored privately

Uploaded files go to private storage. There is no public URL for a document, and no link that keeps working if it leaks.

One link, one request

Each request carries its own 256-bit random link. It opens that request and nothing else — not your other requests, not your other clients, and not your account.

Downloads expire in 60 seconds

When you open a document, ReqCue mints a signed link that stops working a minute later. Nothing durable is ever handed out.

Cancelling revokes the link

Cancel a request or archive a client and the link stops working immediately. Nobody has to remember to clean up.

Accounts cannot see each other

Separation is enforced by the database itself, not only by the application. A query that forgot its filter still could not return another account's rows.

Files are deleted automatically

ReqCue is transfer, not storage. Files are removed 14 days after a request completes on Free, 90 on Pro and 180 on Pro Plus. The record of what arrived and when stays in your history.

Your client never gets an account

No password to choose, no profile to create, nothing to remember and nothing that can later be breached. They open the link from your email, upload what you asked for, and close the tab.

Files can be up to 50 MB each, and they upload straight to storage rather than passing through ReqCue's servers.

What we don't claim

ReqCue is a small, independent product. It does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification, and this page will not imply otherwise — you can check any claim on it against how the product behaves.

If your practice needs a certification we do not have, that is a good reason not to use ReqCue yet, and we would rather you knew now.
